While I loved the story, I felt that I was reading a reality show. You may have other categories based on your genre that need to be added.

Reality Check by Peter Abrahams Cody's life is pretty good—he's the quarterback of his school's rather good football team and has college scouts checking him out, he's just passing all of his classes, and he has the hottest girlfriend, Clea, who is really into him.
Legacy is a strong character, and the secondary characters also have interesting backstories. In fact, I am going to view reality shows in a whole new light now. Not only can authoring and publishing be lonely at times as you tunnel yourself into the completing of your book—there are booby traps along the way.
And the great thing it is subluxation based! With Pippa and Javi at her side, Legacy makes her way through the competition, despite sabotage attempts, learning secrets about her own family along the way.
No butt-sitting allowed or procrastination allowed. You want someone who has a kaleidoscope of business experience. Kelly is passionate about understanding how chiropractors impact on the quality of life and human performance of their patients; and he is dedicated to sharing this information with not only the students he teaches, but the consumers themselves.
Here are my nine someones that can make the difference between success and failure in your publishing endeavors: You want someone who has got an inkling of what is going on in the publishing business. I wish Brooke was still friends again though. It starts out great; the girls have tons of fun and they get lots of attention from everyone, but when they start getting told to turn on each other in order to create more drama, Charlie starts to question if she should have signed the contract.
Peter Abraham's Reality Check is a fast-paced and smart mystery that will really hook readers and completely draw them into Cody's world.
You want someone who has a sense of humor. Those of us who are long-in-the-tooth in the publishing world get all those feelings, thoughts and experiences. Whether or not this makes the book more enjoyable is debatable, but it took away from character development, and made the story less realistic for me.
